Chronic or recurring spine pain rarely resolves with a single treatment — the 16-session package (8+8) is designed for consistent, longer-term therapy over several weeks, at a lower per-session cost than booking individually.
The number and schedule of sessions is set by the therapist after an assessment, and can be adjusted during the series if the plan isn't giving the expected result.
