How the package works
Machine-assisted lymphatic drainage uses gentle, rhythmic pressure to stimulate lymph flow and help the body clear built-up fluid from tissue, which is especially useful for swollen, heavy legs after long periods of standing or sitting.
The package pairs drainage with sauna sessions as additional support for general relaxation across the same series — the visit schedule is arranged with the therapist around your availability. If you have a health condition affecting sauna use (e.g. heart or blood pressure issues), let us know before booking.
The number and schedule of sessions is set by the therapist after an assessment, and can be adjusted during the series if the plan isn't giving the expected result.
