Individual therapeutic exercise program

Guided, individualized exercise sessions with a therapist for strength and mobility after injury, surgery, or chronic conditions.
The individual therapeutic exercise program is active, guided work with a therapist: a set of exercises tailored to your condition to gradually rebuild strength and mobility. It usually starts once passive treatments (electrotherapy, massage) have settled acute pain.
Price: 20,00 € / 30,00 € (depending on session duration)
How it works
Electrotherapy, massage, and the infrared lamp are passive modalities. The individual exercise program asks for active work: a therapist guides a set of exercises tailored to your condition, goal, and current level of mobility and strength, and the program shifts over time as you progress.
This individual exercise session is part of several of our treatment packages (injury recovery, mobility & strengthening, post-surgical rehabilitation), where it follows the passive treatments that calm pain and inflammation. It can also be booked on its own, outside a package, as a continuation of rehabilitation or a maintenance program for chronic conditions.
The program is especially useful for people who aren't getting results from exercising alone at home — whether from uncertainty about proper form or fear of re-injury.
Treatment steps
- 1Assessing current mobility, strength, and your goal

What's the difference between the €20 and €30 price?
The price depends on session duration (30 or 45 minutes) — ask us or check when booking which option fits your program.
Do I need to go through passive treatments first?
Not necessarily, but for acute pain or after surgery we often first calm the pain with electrotherapy or another modality, introducing individual exercise once the area is ready for active loading.
Is this the same as the exercise sessions included in packages like injury recovery or post-surgical rehabilitation?
Yes, the individual exercise within those packages is exactly this program — you can also book it separately, outside a package.
Will I get exercises to do on my own at home?
Yes, the therapist also tailors home exercises as a complement to your in-clinic sessions, depending on your progress.
How long does the program take?
It depends on the goal and starting condition — from a few weeks for minor injuries to a longer period for chronic conditions or more extensive rehabilitation.
